WARMSOLES^® Vysa-Pron™ Thermal Insulation are the most convenient, cost effective
thermal floor insulation for use with all electric underfloor heating systems.

They significantly reduce energy consumption and improve floor heat up times. We strongly recommend that you install Vysa-Pron^TMthermal insulation sheets before laying heating mats or cables.

Vysa-Pron^TMthermal insulation provides an essential function for the economic operation of your installation throughout its lifetime.

Vysa-Pron^TM thermal insulation sheets MUST be securely bonded to the sub-floor to ensure that the final floor finish has integrity once applied. We offer two high performance adhesives for this purpose:

Vysa-Bond^TM PLUS for 'normal' porous surfaces (timber sub-floors and cement screed sub-floors). This adhesive is unsuitable for non-porous surfaces as the water content is neither absorbed nor evaporates.

Vysa-Bond^TM RAPID for non-porous surfaces . This quick setting adhesive allows installation to continue after waiting only 30 ~ 40 minutes for the adhesive to cure. It can be used on porous surfaces but must be used on non-porous surfaces.

Versatile means that Vysa-Pron™ is suitable for use:

- Under laminate / wood floors
- Under ceramic tiled or stone floors
- As wall insulation

Tile Backer Boards

Vysa-Pron™ MAX insulated tile backer board can be fitted over floor boards, chipboard or to prepare uneven sub-floors ready for heating mats or cables instead of using latex.

Vysa-Bond^TM Ultimate PU adhesive is a single component, universal polyurethane adhesive with good gap filling prperties and a fast reaction time developed for bonding Vysa-Pron^TMMAX tile backer boards to sub-floor surfaces. It is ideal for tradesmen conscious that time is money. This adhesive allows you apply the adhesive and laythe boards quickly. Then is cures quickly so that you can lay heating mats within 20~30 minutes.
