WARMSOLES^® Vysa-Film™ Radiant Floor Heating

Not all carbon film is the same

The technology of producing a semi-conductive carbon film that will emit radiant energy has been available for about 30 years. Instead of heating air, radiant energy warms people and objects directly and very efficiently.

The semi-conductive carbon and other materials used in the manufacture of Vysa-Film™ have been developed specifically to Vysal's exacting requirements.

This superior product emits radiant heat energy within the far infrared part of the electromagnetic spectrum at wavelengths of 5 ~ 20 microns (2m).

Because we manufacture the finished Vysa-Film™ radiant heating elements in our factory ready for installation you can order exactly what you require on-line and do not have to send drawings against which we have to quote. Order the length you require (usually the longer dimension) and as many widths you require (can be any combination of 50cm, 80cm and 100cm wide) to suit the shorter dimension.

Ensure that the radiant heating elements don't overlap - if in doubt ask us / choose a different combination to ensure no overlap. You need 6mm Vysa-Pron™ beneath the Vysa-Film™ and the vapour barrier on top to protect / insulate it.

You can shorten the length of the finished Vysa-Film™ heating elements by cutting the 'free' end ( i.e. the one without wires attached) and covering the cut end using insulation pads provided. You will need a Vysa-Therm™ thermostat. Full instructions provided for quick and simple installation. Can be used immediately after installation.
