Soffit and Eaves Lighting

Soffit lighting is a great way to discreetly illuminate the outside of your house and the reflected light provides glare free general ambient lighting.

The recessed soffit lights are so much nicer than the powerful halogen floodlights frequently used to wall wash the outside of domestic residential and commercial buildings.

These unobtrusive downlighters can be installed in the soffits and eaves around the building to create a superb effect at night.

These downlighters have a fully enclosed 2-pole terminal block which is supported by a fixed steel bracket.

Require a 60 mm diameter cut-out into which they are installed.

Comply with Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671: 2008 / IEE Wiring Regulations 17th Edition and Part P of the Building regulations.

Order Code 8750 & 8751(ECO-Friendly 4W version) or 1499 &1500 (ECO-Friendly 7W version)

Operating voltage : 240V ~ 50Hz

Lamp : 1 x GU10 1 x 4Watt or 1 x 7W LED PAR16 Lamp (included). 4W equivalent to 35W halogen, 7W to 50W halogen.

Lamp life : 30,000 hours

Installation cut-out : 60 mm diameter hole

Protection - ingress : IP44 (protected against spraying and splashing water)
