In marginal or intermittent conditions that are common in the UK, particularly in autumn, winter and spring the PERFECTHEAT solar thermal system will produce useable hot water in a way that no other system can at present.
The PERFECTHEAT solar thermal system is more eco-friendly than conventional solar systems which require installers to frequently remove perfectly good hot water cylinders in order to install solar hot water systems.
The belief that there must be a better way drove the development of the PERFECTHEAT heat exchanger. Now, unless your existing cylinder is scaled up, too old or too small we can normally use it rather than remove it to fit an expensive 2-coil solar cylinder. But even if you have to replace the cylinder, you can use a lower cost standard 1-coil indirect cylinder.
The PERFECTHEAT solar thermal system incorporates many features and benefits not found in any other systems. The mini-digital thermometer provides a direct reading of the water temperature contained in your hot water cylinder. The turbo-boost auxiliary heater to provide a quick boost when there is no solar gain. The thermostatic mixing valve to prevent scalding - solar heated water can be much hotter than that from your boiler - when you run the hot water taps. Special de-aeration valves in the solar circuit to automatically remove any build-up of microscopic air bubbles which might otherwise necessitate a service call to bleed the system. In fact, everything possible to ensure safe reliable operation from the day that it was installed.
