WARMSOLES^® Guarantee

The Warmsoles guarantee is SIMPLE. We expect the products that we supply to give good service so we give a Lifetime Guarantee on everything* that we supply.

If a product fails, simply send it back to us with your proof of purchase and we will replace it FREE of Charge. The only proviso is that 1) you purchased it from us and 2) that it hasn’t been abused - just normal service conditions.

You have to pay the carriage costs in respect of sending goods back to us. We will pay for the cost of carriage in sending you a FOC replacement.

* Not including finite-life or consumable items such as lamps, adhesives etc.

You must:

- Complete the installation in accordance with Vysal's written installation instructions.
- Use a qualified (i.e. Part 'P' certified) electrician to make the electrical connections.
- Return part 1 of the guarantee certificate to Warmsoles to register the purchase / installation.
